The food was APPETISING and there were a great selection of dishes in the menu. Thoroughly enjoyed the room with a private terrace, my bed was lovely. The location was marvellous and fab - not far from the bus station, plaza/main square, shops and restaurants.

All rooms were well-appointed and fairly quiet.

Also, location was great, just a short stroll away from Montejo House. The airport was 0.5 miles away. We really enjoyed rooms with many equipments.

The hotel is fairly clean and fairly large with extremely helpful and really helpful staff and a lovely pool. Their rooms are always quiet and bright with a good shower and large bed and many equipments. The property offers a lot of food that was good. The location is comfy, 1 mile from Plaza de Toros de Merida.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a cozy boutique hotel in Merida. The room was beautifully decorated with a modern interior, and the highlight was definitely the rooftop tub where I could unwind and enjoy the stunning sunset. The hotel also provided a separate parking space, which was a great convenience, especially during the hot weather.

Although the hotel is relatively new and lacks some amenities, such as a bar or restaurant, it didn't take away from my overall experience. The friendly and helpful staff made up for any shortcomings, making me feel welcome and cared for throughout my stay.

Comfy bed, large bathroom and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe in the room. Convenient location with parking nearby.

The location was great and fab, for example, Santiago Park was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

The location was marvellous, relatively near a tree-lined park. A double room with the terrace and many equipments, as for instance was ready when we checked-in.

Every time we stay in Merida, like to stay here. This hotel is lovely relaxing and stylish with attentive employees upon request of new towels.

Accommodation was fairly large and modern with very attentive and best staff upon request of new towels.

Well-appointed room with terrace and a good shower, as example, and there's public parking onsite, if you travel by car. The location is marvellous, not very far from Main Square.

I couldn't be happier with my stay at this hotel. The location was super convenient, just a short walk away from all the main sights of the city. The hotel facilities were really impressive, especially the comfortable bed and the small roof terrace which offered stunning views. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay.

Had a great Thanksgiving weekend, two impressive complimentary services offered, and the location was perfect! The common spaces are well decorated and create a comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast was really good and had a variety of options. The hotel is in the ideal location, just a short walk to many restaurants and shops. The pool is a nice size and was never too crowded.

I wasn't a fan of the noise level in the hotel. Some of the other guests were noisy at night, a little bit of soundproofing might be nice.

The staff were very attentive and the location was amazing, with Museo Casa Montejo just a short walk away. It was great that they offered free parking for guests and the rooms were well-suited for our needs.
